Afin de g\u00e9rer ces moyens de fa\u00e7on transparente et responsable, nous avons mis en place des directives claires.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Principes d\u2019acceptation des dons<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le PVL s\u2019engage \u00e0 une transparence totale en mati\u00e8re de revenus et de d\u00e9penses. L\u2019acceptation d\u2019un don est li\u00e9e aux conditions suivantes :<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li><strong>Ind\u00e9pendeance<\/strong>: Aucune influence ne peut \u00eatre prise sur notre ind\u00e9pendance et nos processus de d\u00e9cisions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 <\/strong>: le don ne doit pas porter pr\u00e9judice \u00e0 notre cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 ou notre r\u00e9putation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Limites de don <\/strong>: un don unique ou le cumul des dons d\u2019une personne naturelle ou juridique ne peuvent pas d\u00e9passer 15% de nos revenus annuels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Si, pour une campagne sp\u00e9cifique, nous utilisons finalement moins de moyens que les dons que nous avons re\u00e7us, nous utiliserons les dons restants \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres fins, toujours dans le cadre des objectifs du parti.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Si votre don ou le montant cumul\u00e9 de vos dons sur une p\u00e9riode de 12 mois d\u00e9passe la valeur de 15 000 francs, vous acceptez\u00a0que votre nom, votre pr\u00e9nom et la commune de votre domicile ou le si\u00e8ge de votre entreprise ou de votre organisation soient publi\u00e9s. La raison de cette disposition est la loi sur la transparence (voir\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/vertliberaux.ch\/dam\/jcr:29eb6ea5-dabe-4037-92b9-35454c0c1c59\/Code%20of%20conduct%20Parteispenden%20und%20Transparenz_FR.pdf\">Code of Conduct<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Wenn wir f\u00fcr einen bestimmten Zweck letztlich weniger Mittel einsetzen, als wir Spenden erhalten haben, setzen wir die \u00fcbrigen Spenden anderweitig im Rahmen des Parteizwecks ein.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcbersteigt Deine Spende oder Deine kumulierte Spendensumme innerhalb von 12 Monaten den Wert von Fr. 15&rsquo;000, erkl\u00e4rst Du Dich bereit, dass Dein Name, Vorname und Wohnsitzgemeinde bzw. der Sitz Deines Unternehmens oder Deiner Organisation\u00a0offengelegt werden. La raison de ceci est la nouvelle loi r\u00e9gissant la transparence dans la vie politique (c.f. Code of Conduct).<\/p>\n<p>La Suisse est l&rsquo;un des seuls pays de l&rsquo;OCDE sans financement public des partis politiques. Les partis sont donc tributaires des dons, des contributions d&rsquo;\u00e9lus\u00a0et des cotisations de leurs membres. Le soutien financier du travail politique par des particuliers et des entreprises est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment indispensable de notre syst\u00e8me de milice. Il est essentiel de pr\u00e9server notre ind\u00e9pendance, notamment en ce qui concerne les dons de donateurs priv\u00e9s et d&rsquo;entreprises.<\/p>\n<p>En octobre 2022, la nouvelle l\u00e9gislation\u00a0sur la\u00a0transparence du\u00a0financement des partis politiques\u00a0entrera\u00a0en vigueur au niveau f\u00e9d\u00e9ral. Celle-ci pr\u00e9voit des obligations pour les partis de divulguer les noms de leurs donateurs\u00a0qui financent leurs campagnes et fonctionnement.<\/p>\n<p>Les dispositions l\u00e9gales mise \u00e0 part, il nous a paru\u00a0important pour nous de d\u00e9finir des exigences \u00e9thiques claires dans le traitement des dons aux partis. Dans ce contexte, le comit\u00e9 du Parti vert&rsquo;lib\u00e9ral suisse a adopt\u00e9 le 21 mai 2022 les directives\u00a0pour les dons aux partis suivantes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Points principaux\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les Vert&rsquo;lib\u00e9raux s&rsquo;engagent en faveur d&rsquo;une\u00a0transparence totale de tous les flux financiers internes \u00e0 un parti.
